Dr. Wulf Kamlah is General Counsel (Chefsyndikus) of SCHUFA Holding AG. In addition, he was their company data protection officer for a number of years.
Thus, consulting in data protection matters is the focus of his work as a lawyer. Dr. Kamlah deals in particular with the prior monitoring of products and (internet-based) business models in order to ensure their compliance with requirements for data protection and consumers’ rights Furthermore, he develops and supports the introduction of compliance systems with a focus on IT and data protection rights. He is a member of several working groups and actively monitors political trials.
