Pia Odefey practices in all areas of copyright and media law, intellectual property law (trademarks, titles, designs, etc.) and competition law. In particular she provides advise to and represents publishing houses. Besides construction of contracts concerning copyright matters her work focuses on disputes in and out of court on questions of press law and personal rights. Additionally she gives advice to companies developing new business in the area of electronic media (implementation of websites, social media solutions and apps as well as distribution of ebooks). With regard thereto as well as concerning trademarks and title copyrights the main objective is to minimize legal risks.
