Prof. Mathias Schwarz advises national and international clients from the film, television, publishing and e-commerce sectors. He specializes, among other things, in consulting for structured financing, film and media funds, bank financing and private equity shares. Prof. Schwarz takes care of partnerships and corporate enterprises with regard to all issues involving corporate law, as well as foundations. Furthermore, he provides alternative dispute resolution (mediation).
