Julian Westpfahl counsels IT-Service companies as well as commercial users of IT in the areas of contracts and dispute resolution. Focus of his long time activities in this field of practise are the implementation of structures and apt contractual regulations for complex situations and circumstances as well as continuous advise accompanying demanding projects.
