Consulting comprises three parts: Advising companies and their representative bodies and consultants before and during economic crises, monitoring of corporate acquisitions from insolvency proceedings and representation of creditors with regard to insolvent business partners. In addition, one of his primary activities is as an insolvency administrator at Schlutius Insolvenzverwalter GbR.

• 1990-1992: Business administrator training (Industriekaufmann)/Siemens management training in Munich
• 1992-1993: Civilian service at the German Red Cross in Hamburg
• 1994-1998: Studied law in Hamburg
• 1999-2001: Legal internship program (Referendariat) in Lower Saxony and Hamburg
• 2001-2005: Lawyer in a Hamburg office with the emphasis on Business Law.
• 2005-2007: Lawyer and insolvency administrator in own office
• 01/2008: Joined SES Schlutius Eulitz Schrader, later SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte
