Dr. Kreißl is a partner in Berlin’s Real Estate Department. His fields of expertise include building and property law, architect, engineering and insolvency law and provides hallmark counselling in all matters pertaining to the completion of construction projects, including drafting and negotiation of property-specific contracts and the judicial enforcement of claims arising therefrom.
Dr. Kreißl is a guest lecturer at the University of Leipzig and a speaker at seminars spotlighting the fields of private building, property and insolvency law.
